Check before you pay
Every order is cash on delivery. Open and check your parcel in front of the delivery rider before you pay. If you do not like the product, give it back to the rider then and there and pay only the delivery charge.
ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনেই প্রোডাক্ট দেখে নিতে পারবেন। পছন্দ না হলে শুধু ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিয়ে ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।
Exchange (size or colour)
- If the size does not fit or you want another colour, tell us within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The delivery charge for an exchange is ৳100.
সাইজ না মিললে বা অন্য কালার নিতে চাইলে প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার ২ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের জানান। এক্সচেঞ্জের ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১০০ টাকা।
Wrong or faulty product
If you receive a wrong or faulty product, tell us right away with a photo or video. We will replace it at our own cost.
ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ প্রোডাক্ট পেলে ছবি বা ভিডিওসহ সাথে সাথে জানান, আমরা নিজ খরচে বদলে দেব।
